Start your journey toward leadership as you provide direction related to operations, processes, and conditions of your department. Plan, guide, and empower Team Members in the day-to-day operation, and set examples by modeling exceptional customer experience.
This role gives you the opportunity to lead one or more of our departments. You’ll be responsible for setting goals and overseeing day-to-day operations for 10-20 hourly Team Members.
As an Area Leader, you will develop and lead 2-10 Team Leaders and 75-150 indirect reports. You will oversee a business line within the Meijer store and manage the P&L.
Support the selection, development, and performance for all Team Members within your span of care. Develop strategies to improve customer service and drive sales.
In this role, you will oversee the overall operation of an entire Meijer store. This includes developing and leading salaried managers and up to 350 Team Members.
