Interns in this area have participated in preparation for union negotiations, analyzed calls to our silent whistle hotline, and developed recommendations for follow-up. This position is also based in Grand Rapids.
Our Total Rewards team has responsibility for the strategy and delivery of compensation, benefits, disability management and occupational health services for employees and retirees. Innovative thinking, analysis and a focus on customer service allow this group to provide a competitive and cost effective reward package with user-friendly programs and services. This team has responsibility for Organizational Development as well as Learning and Development for our leaders and team members. This team helps optimize the performance of the organization, by fully developing both individuals and teams. Projects in this area have previously included enhancements to our new team member orientation and onboarding, review and coordination of learning curricula, and task analyses of store level positions to assess gaps in training and material resources.
